My internship.

I make my internship in M&E, a company located on Gambetta places, Amiens. The company has recently set up a website’s sales, which knows an increasingly success. The mission I should carry out consists in the setting up of computerized tools aiming to help in the management of the website.

The employees do not know how to use the features of the spreadsheet software, so it will allow them to save time. Moreover, the tools I will set up must been automated and easily interpretable; so it will allow my internship supervisor to save time and money. It will not be necessary any more for him to spend a lot of time to look for the information that interests him (for example, the orders to prepare, the suppliers to pay, products to commands).Therefore, it will allow him to be concentrated on the website problems and on the strategy to set up.

This mission should allow to improve the relationships between the company and its various participants. With its suppliers, thanks to an automatic follow-up of the orders; and an automatic calculation of the stocks of products. Moreover, with its customers, because the sets up tools should allow to follow the orders to deliver to them, the defective products to send back or to avoid the errors of sending.
